Smokey bay still asleep on the first day of the year. Very sleepy fishing place. Not much traffic anywhere. Look into streaky bay Streaky Bay. Looks like a town full of Zombies. P platers driving drunk and full of drugs all over the road and foothpaths. One person got killed in a fight near here last night, such a peacful place it is!!! we are out of here as fast as possible. Elliston we stop for a coffee in the heart of town the bakery. Mt.Dutton Bay very shallow water in most of the bays here. The view into Coffin bay the road is getting busy here. Coffin bay Oyster beds! The harbour a Beautiful place, just not this time of the year. It is packed with people and hardly any room on the roads. waiting for a feed we move on to Port Lincoln. The scenery changes.
